What do all cheeses have in common?

We are fortunate to have a diversity of cheeses that delight our palate, but not only that, cheeses, although they contain different nutritional values, all of them have calcium, vitamins, minerals and proteins that are essential for our health. Therefore, they provide us many benefits and many nutritionists recommend their intake and incorporation into our diet, of course, following a healthy and balanced diet.

Cheese is a rich source of calcium, an essential mineral for the human body as it helps to keep teeth and bones strong and healthy. A portion of 100 grams of cheese is equivalent to the daily ration of an adult person. It is therefore very important that cheese is present in children's diets for their growth.

Cheese also contains important properties such as vitamins A and D, which help to absorb calcium. It is also rich in B vitamins such as B12, B9 (folic acid), B1 (thiamine) and B2 (riboflavin).
