The workers of Maia Cheeses they have some land on which to develop an organic garden.


Why organic vegetable garden? There are many advantages and reasons why we wanted to promote this type of culture that benefits not only the environment but our health as well.


It has created a space in which plants are grown horticultural respecting the principles of organic farming which does not use chemicals or artificial fertilizers. You perform traditional techniques such as the use of compost and other natural fertilizers, contributing to the biodiversity of the environment by obtaining natural products and healthy for all.


It is a volunteer project in which each one is responsible for sowing and harvesting vegetables for their own consumption. In this way, the aim is to raise awareness and promote in our community a sustainable development and a higher quality of life through responsible consumption.
